Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />MR. LOUIS DICOCCO. SUN-BURST ANTIQUES, ROUTE ~ <br />First item on the agenda was the application of Mr. Lou <br />DiCocco, Sunburst Antiques, Route 9 seeking a variance to <br />be able to have more signage than permitted by the ordin- <br />ance at the above address. Secretary read legal notice as <br />inserted in the Octobe~ 25, 1989 edition of the Southern <br />Dutchess News and Notice of Appeal #16-89. Secretary ad- <br />vised that all property owners within a radius of 200 feet <br />from subject property were furnished a copy of the legal <br />notice and Dutchess County Department of Planning responded <br />that this was a matter of local concern to the zoning refer- <br />ral. <br /> <br />Secretary stated that she had received a call from Mr. Bruce <br />Smith from ~]e Department of Transportation who stated that <br />Mr. DiCocco's sign is indeed on Village property and not on <br />state property. <br /> <br /> <br />
