Smith to accept minutes of <br />the Marc.]] and April meetings as writte,1. Uuauimously <br />carried. <br /> <br />Before the meeting started Chairman gavelli explained about <br />the n~ix-up in newspapers and the reason why the three other <br />hearings ]lad to be cancelled. Mi'. Greco suggested that ~h-. <br />Savelti contact the Board of Trustees and ask them to re- <br />consider their choice of official newspaper. WAPPINGERS F~LLS <br />The first item on the agenda was a continuation of a public <br />hearir~ originally held in April on the application of Mr. <br />Anthony Bottini seeking a variance from the required minimufa <br />yards, front and rear, and also from the required minimum <br />parking spaces at 151 West Main Street. <br /> <br />Secreta~ read a letter from the Planning Board indicating <br />that there would be no site plan approval until all variances <br />are satisfied. <br /> <br />Mr, Rick Bottini presented his case before the Board. For <br />the record tile front of the building will be facing North St. <br />Mr. Botti,li also stated there is a letter from Bottini Fuel <br />Corporation to the Planning Board stating that they will <br />limit use of North gta-eet by company ow~led vehicles. North <br />Sta'eet will be used for local delivery and emergency use <br />only. i%3ttini can only limit use of Nort]~ St~'eet by being <br />granted approval of intended site plan as t~'affic will be <br />redirected via alternate routes. <br /> <br /> <br />
