JOE FULTON. 18 PARK STREET. ~ FALLS. NY <br />First on the agenda was the application of Mr. Joe Fulton <br />18 Park Street, seeking a variance from the setbacks to be <br />able to re~]ild his home which was destroyed by fire at the <br />above address. Secretary read the legal notice which <br />appeared in the March 21, 1990 edition of the Southern Dut- <br />chess Ne~s and Notice of Appeal #6-90. Secretary advised <br />that all property owners within a 200 feet radius from <br />subject property were furnished a copy of the legal notice <br />and Dutchess County Department of Planning responded to the <br />zoning refe~Tal with a "matter of local concern" comment. <br /> <br />Mr. Fulton presented his plan to the board. He stated he <br />would be building the new house on the same foundation, the <br />porch and entrance would be the same. He would be changing <br />the driveway from 8 feet to 9 feet. There would be a new <br />foundation, right inside the old one to be able to do this. <br /> <br />Mr. Hank DiMarco, Mr. John DiMarco, and Mr. Lancto all stated <br />they were all for Mr. Fulton rebuilding his home. <br /> <br /> <br />
