Ne~]i <br /> Mrs. Mary Ross <br /> Ms. Lynn Hennessey <br /> Trustee Fisch <br /> <br />Meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m. Mr. Smith made a <br />motion to accept the minutes of the June meeting which were <br />received by all men, ers by mail. Motion seconded by Mrs. <br />Komornik. Un~/alously carried. <br /> <br />First order of business was the application of Mr. and Mrs. <br />Nicholas Contelmo seekin~ a variance to be able to have an <br />apartment at the above address which is in a G~ zone. This <br />hearin~ was a continuation of a hearin~ originally scheduled <br />last month. At that time M~s. Contelmo was told by the Board <br />that she would have to go to the Zoning Office, apply for a <br />Building permit and Certificate of Occupancy, pay the <br />necessary fees and have an inspection by the underwriters <br />electrical inspector. <br /> <br />Mrs. Contelmo stated she had taken cal'e of all the necessary <br />paperwork a~d on June 28, 1990 the Zoning Officer had sign <br />a certificat~ of occupancy. All necessary fees were paid to <br />the Zonin~ Office. <br /> <br />Mrs. Komor~ik made a ~t~on to grant the val-iance, seconded <br />by Mr. Smith. Unm~J~usly carried. <br /> <br />Next on the a~enda was the application of Mr. Lynn Hennessey <br />seeking a variance to be able to have four families in a R2F <br />zone at 28-30 Fulton Street. Secretary read legal notice as <br />inserted in the Ponghkeepsie Journal and Notice of Appeal % <br />12-90. Secretary advised that all property owners within a <br />200 ft. radius from subject property were furnished a copy <br />of the legal notice and Dutchess County Department of <br />Planning responded with a "Matter of Local Concern" to the <br />zoning referral. <br /> <br /> <br />
