Ne~]i Mrs. Mary Ross Ms. Lynn Hennessey Trustee Fisch Meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m. Mr. Smith made a motion to accept the minutes of the June meeting which were received by all men, ers by mail. Motion seconded by Mrs. Komornik. Un~/alously carried. First order of business was the application of Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Contelmo seekin~ a variance to be able to have an apartment at the above address which is in a G~ zone. This hearin~ was a continuation of a hearin~ originally scheduled last month. At that time M~s. Contelmo was told by the Board that she would have to go to the Zoning Office, apply for a Building permit and Certificate of Occupancy, pay the necessary fees and have an inspection by the underwriters electrical inspector. Mrs. Contelmo stated she had taken cal'e of all the necessary paperwork a~d on June 28, 1990 the Zoning Officer had sign a certificat~ of occupancy. All necessary fees were paid to the Zonin~ Office. Mrs. Komor~ik made a ~t~on to grant the val-iance, seconded by Mr. Smith. Unm~J~usly carried. Next on the a~enda was the application of Mr. Lynn Hennessey seeking a variance to be able to have four families in a R2F zone at 28-30 Fulton Street. Secretary read legal notice as inserted in the Ponghkeepsie Journal and Notice of Appeal % 12-90. Secretary advised that all property owners within a 200 ft. radius from subject property were furnished a copy of the legal notice and Dutchess County Department of Planning responded with a "Matter of Local Concern" to the zoning referral.
