Motion seconded by Mr. <br />Greco. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />MR. LOUIS ZYSK. 28-30 WEST MAIN STREET <br />First on the agenda was the application of Mr. Louis Zysk, <br />25 West Main Sta-eet to be able to have a music studio in his <br />building at 28-30 West Main Street which is in a RS-2 zone. <br />Secretary read legal notice which was insertmd in the August <br />29, 1990 Sou~ern Dutchess News and Notice of Appeal ~17-90. <br />Secretary advised that all property owners wi~%in a 200 ft. <br />radius from subject property were furnished a copy of the <br />legal notice and Dutchess County Department of Planning <br />responded t~ ~]e zoning referral with a "Matter of Local <br />Concern" conmlent. <br /> <br />Mr. Zysk explained that his tenant wanted to be able to teach <br />voice lessons in ~]e above mentioned building. There would <br />be no increase in parking because the students would be <br />dropped off and picked up. Mm-. Zysk stated ~]atMr. Santero <br />would be tmaching only about ~-5 students at a time. Mm'. <br />Zysk st~tmd he felt this would be a plus for tile Village to <br />have this business there. <br /> <br />Mm'. Santero also stated that the noise level would not be <br />increased because t~ey use headphones. Mm'. Santero also <br />stated he had secured parking permission behind the shoe <br />shop. Mr. Viglotti asked how many spots had been secttred and <br />Mm'. Santero answered 2 or 3. Mr. Van Wagenen asked what the <br />house of operation would be and Mr. Santero answered during <br /> <br /> <br />
