Motion seconded <br />by F~-. Smi~]. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />MR. LOUIS SNELL. 51M~ STREET. W~PPINGERS FALLS <br />First on the agenda was the application of Mr. Louis Snell <br />seeking a variance to be able to have two undersized apar~c- <br />ments at 51 Market Street. Chairman read legal notice which <br />appeared in the September 26, 1990 edition of the Southern <br />~atchess News. Chairraan also read Notice of Appeal 918-90 <br />and advised that all property owners within a 200 ft. ~adius <br />had been furnished a copy of the legal notice. Chairman <br />advised that ~atchess County Department of Planning had <br />responded to the zonin~ referral with a "Matter of Local <br />Conce~n" coR~sent. <br /> <br />Mi-. Klaka Fishwell representing Mr. Snell presented the case. <br />It was noted that Mr. Snell was in t~e hospital. It was <br />stated that MR. Pacio had visited the site and the area was <br />all set up for three apartments. As of this writing there is <br />a sale contingent upon ~e applicant receiving, a variance for <br />the t~o apartments and possibly for a third apartment at a <br />later date. <br /> <br />After ~oin~ over all the facts, hearin~ was postponed until <br />t~e November meetins so t]~at the full board can study <br />case. Motion made by Mi'. Van WaEenen and seconded <br />Smi~1 to postpone hearing. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
