MINUTES~ZON~N~RD ~EALSMEET~NGHELD <br /> DEC]~BE~ 11. 1990 <br /> <br />Present: Frank Savelli, Chairman, Robert Smith, Sterlin~ Van Wagenen, Veronica Komornik, Harry Gre¢o and Mary <br /> Ann Wood, Secretary. <br /> <br />Others Present: <br /> Jeff Contelmo <br /> Lou Benedetto <br /> Joe Sarubbi <br /> Hank DiMarco <br /> Tony DiDominzio <br /> Tony Pacio <br /> <br />Meeting called to order at 7:37 p.m. Mr. Van Wagenen made a <br />motion to accept the minutes off the November meeting which <br />were received by all members by mail. Motion seconded by <br />Mrs. Komornik. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />First on the agenda was the application of Mr. Leu Benedetto, <br />68 West Main Street seeking a variance to be able to put an <br />addition on to his bar at the above address. Chairman read <br />legal notice which appeared in the November 28, 1990 edition <br />of the Southern Dutchess News. Chairman also read Notice of <br />Appeal #22-90 and advised that all property owners within a <br />radius of 200 ft. had been notified and Dutchess County De- <br />paz4unent of Planning had responded to the zoning referral <br />with a "Matter of Local Concern" comment. <br /> <br />Mr. Contelmo representing Mr. Benedetto presented the plan. <br />He explained the reason Mr. Benedetto wanted to put up the <br />addition was to try to attract a better clientale. He stated <br />that the site plan conforms to the parking regulations of the <br />Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Savelli read a letter from the <br />Planning Board stating they were in agreement with the <br />proposed addition but they would not stamp any plans until <br />Mr. Benedetto received his variances. <br /> <br />Mr. DiMarco stated he thought this proposal was a good idea <br />and a very worthwhile project. <br /> <br />At this point Mrs. Komornikmade a motion to grant the <br />minimum lot size variance, seconded by Mr. Greco. <br />Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />M~-. Van Wagenen made a motion to grant the front setback <br />variance, seconded by Mm. Smith. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Greco made a motion to grant t~e use variance regarding <br />expanding a non-confoz~ing use, seconded by Mrs. Komornik. <br /> <br /> <br />
