Since 1955 the front <br />building has always been used for retail sales of service. <br />Mr~ Seaman bought the property in April of 1985. Accc, r'ding <br />to the April 4, 1985 Planning Board mirlutes the front <br />building on the property must be used fol'" an auto i-elated <br />business. Mr. Coombs stated that Mi-. Seaman had already lost <br />one prospective tenant because of this clause and I~e was in <br />danger o'f losing another', the tailor shop. <br /> <br />Mr. Coombs stated that Mr. Seaman realizes that everytime a <br />new tenant moves in he must go to the Planning Board but he <br />would lik. e to circumvent going to the Zoning Board of <br />Appeals. <br /> <br />Mr. Patio stated that until such time as the ZBA makes a <br />determination regarding the applicant's prezoning use and <br />continuation of the use of tine property he will not grant <br />any one a certificate of occupancy for the b~..~].ding. <br /> <br />Mr. Viglotti stated that if the ZBA grants the variance in <br />the future it ~,~ould be the job of the Planning Board to <br />determine if further uses are service and/or sales related <br />and if the Planning Boar'd says "no" then the applicant would <br /> <br /> <br />
