Secretary r'ead legal notice <br />as ~.t appeared in the SOL.~therl"~ DL~chcess News. Sec:~etary al. so <br />read Notice of Appeal and informed Board that all neighbors <br />within a aO0 foot radius of sub.jeer property had been <br />furnished with a copy of' the legal notice. Secretary <br />informed that the Dutchess County Department of Planning had <br /> <br />Chairman Save]Ii read a lette~- f'r'om Mr'. Bill Karr' c:,f 30 and <br />...... :.,~...~.n Avenue stating he had nc, problem with the variance~ <br /> <br />Mrs. Weyrick presented her case. She stated she ~anted to <br />groom dogs out of her house. The dc, gs would be dr'opped off <br />and there would be no mo¥-e than 3 dogs at a time. There <br />~ould be no over'might stays, no breeding c,c no boarding. <br />Cars could pull into her driveway as she has a ].ong driveway <br />and drop off dog~. They would be able to turn ar'oLn"~d <br />her d'civeway. She was told she could I'~c:,t have any funs <br />outside and she informed the Board all g¥-ooming would be <br />c:[orJe ~.n her basement. <br /> <br />Mrs. Weyv'icl:: informed Board that nothing on the o~..'.'_sicle of <br />he)l- home would change. Van Wagenen made a motiom to grant the variance requei-'sted <br />for grooming animals, seconded by Mr. Sm~Lth. Unanimously <br />carried.
