Van Wagenen <br />made a n~tion t~ accept the minutes of ~me april meeting <br />which were received by all ~%bers by mail. M~-. Greco <br />seconded the motion. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />BePore the first item on the agenda, neighbors in the <br />Hillside avenue area wanted to question the Board and <br />attorney re~arding the proposed salt ta~ks. Mr. Viglotti <br />explained ~at this was not a matter for the Zonin~ Board <br />of appeals but for ~ae Board of Trustees. <br /> <br />First on the agenda was the continuation of application by <br />~. Vinnie Bettina, 63 South Avenue seeking a variance to be <br />able to have one additional apartment at the above add,tess. <br /> <br />Ms. Lucia, attorney forint. Bettina presented an affidavit <br />stating that from the time Mr. Bettina first looked at the <br />prope~¥ to the time he purchased the property the fence in <br />the rear of the prop~z~ty had been moved back so the propel-ty <br />could acco~nodate more cars. <br /> <br />Ms. Lucia stated, "I thought there might be a guestion in <br />the Board's mind that needed clarification. If the Board <br />will recallS. Bettina first stax-ted looking at the propel~y <br />in the fall of 1989 and there was a fenced in area that could <br />hold approxia%ately fo~ cars on the Paino prope~~ty and it was <br />only after he purchased the propel~ty that there were more <br />cars and what ~. ~ettina neslected to tell the Board or make <br />clear at that time was that the fenced in area had actually <br />been extended and the fence had been moved back. I don't <br />know if it was moved back by the Paino's or Mr. Marino but it <br />had been moved back so that it could now acconmmodate more <br /> <br />Mr. Viglotti, "Just for the record - when was it moved?" <br /> <br /> <br />
