V~ Wagenen to accept the minutes <br />of ~e June meetin~ whi~ were received by all members by <br />mail. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />First on the agenda was the vote for Mr. Bettina seeking <br />a variance to be able to have an extra apartment at the <br />above address. Mr. Van Wagenen made a motion that after <br />further review of this case which was courT, ordered, the <br />previous decision of the Zoning Board of Appeals still <br />stands and we make the following additional findings <br />Hardship claimed by the applicant existed prior to purchase <br />of propel~y, (2) Property is currently a non-conforming use <br />and (3) Sux~roundin~ property that Mr. ~ettina is complaining <br />about is cuxTently mo~ aesthetically pleasin~ and generally <br />more orderly at the time of application. Motion seconded by <br />)Tr. Greco. On roll call vote - Mr. Savelli - Aye, Mr. G~eco <br />- Aye, Mr. Smith - Aye and Mr. Van Wa~enen - Aye. NY 12590 <br />NeT~ on the agenda was the application of Mr. Leu Fratto <br />seeking an interpretation regarding parking requirements <br />for above address. Mr. Fratto stated there is an area for <br />nine parkin~ spaces. These spaces are not for profit but <br />for his customers only. Mr. ¥iglotti stated that Mr. <br />Fratto needed a variance for the parking not an interpre- <br />tation. He would have to reapply to the Zoning Board of <br />Appeals. Mr. Savelli stated he would have a special meetin~ <br />for Mr. Fratto on A~l~ust 25, 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />
