Oelaney who was <br />seekin~ a variance to be able to have three families in a <br />two family zone. Mi' Gk-eco abstained from voting beca~Jse he <br />is related to ~.bs. Delaney. 5Ir. Lewis made a motion to deny <br />the variance, seconded by Ms. Bovine. On roil call vote - <br />MI'. Savelli - Aye, MY-. Lewis - Aye, Ms. Bovine - Aye, ~k~. <br />Smith - Aye and MI'. Legal Notice <br />was read s~d chai~.n stated that all propeI~y owners within <br />a 200 ft. rad~as of ~ropel~y had been given a copy of the <br />legal notice. <br /> <br />Mr. Jonathan Fisher representin~ Rehabilitation Progran~s, <br />Inc. presented case.
