Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />FRA~] SC[ANNA, 80 ~I~EN STREET, WAPP]~ERS FA$.LS <br />First on ~he agenda was the application of Mr. Frank Scianna~ 80 Garden <br />Street seeEing a variance to allow access to Lot #3 through Lot #2 at <br />above address. Secretary read legal notice which appeared in the <br />Southern Dutchess News. Secretary also informed that all neighbors <br />within a ~00 ft. radius of subject property had been furnished a copy <br />of the legal notice and Dutchess County Department of Planning had <br />responded to the zoning referral with a matter of local concern <br />comment. <br /> <br />Mr. 6ardell representing Mr. Scianna stated that Mr. Scianna is <br />proposing a two lot subdivision at 80 Garden Street. He has bee~ <br />before the Planning Board and under their direction he was to appear <br />before this Board for- a variance to be able to access to Lot ~B <br />through Lot ~8. He ~s preposing a common drive for two of the three <br />lots. He stated that the maintenance of the driveway would be spelled <br />out in the deeds and also on the site plans. <br /> <br />Mr. Stero made a motion to approve the variance~ seconded by Mr. <br />Lewis. On roll call vote - Mr. Smith - Aye~ Mr. Greco - Aye~ Mr. <br />Lewis - Aye~ Mrs. Regan - Aye and Ms. Bovino - Aye. <br /> <br />TONy RABAD], ]8?
