NY <br />First on the agenda was the application o~ ~r. ~rank Scianna <br />20 Garden Street seeki~ ~ inte~retation to Section 210 <br />"Definitions - Lot Width" for Lot $2 and variance <br />sections ~11.5, "I~sul~ly Shard Lots and ~11.6 "New <br />~aildings on Lots ~vi~ Less T~n the Min~ Area." <br />Secreta~f read legal notice which appea~d in the Southe~ <br />~tchess News and advised t~t all neighbors within a 200 <br />radius had received a copy of legal notice. Secreta~7 also <br />i~fo~ed Board that E~tchess Co~mty Depa~nt of Pla~i~ <br />had ~sponded to zonir~ refe~al with a "~tter of local <br /> <br />Mr. Gardell presented the plan and stated t~at the lot is <br />78 square Feet total but t~e average lot width is not <br />reguired 75 sqx~are feet in all places. <br /> <br />After VillaEe Attorney reviewed the print he advised <br />Board ti%at no variance was necessary. Mr. Gardell as a <br />licensed surveyor could certify t~at the lot is 78 square <br />feet in t. ot~l and put this infelwnation on a certified <br />plan. M~-. Gardell testified to the fact t~at indeed the <br />lot was 78 sq. ft. in total and he stated he would note <br />this fact on t~e plan. <br /> <br />NTC A~ BODY. 33 1~ ~ WB_PPINGE~ FALLS. ~ <br />Next on the a~enda was the continuation of a public hearin~ <br />originally held last month on the re.est of ~. Ed Baecher, <br />33 Market Street, d/b/a ~C Auto Body seeki~ a variance to <br />be allowed to park more vehicles on prope~y than allowed by <br />code. Letter was read fr,~ the [watohess County ~pa~nt of <br />Planni~ dated A~ust 20, 1993 which stated that the Board <br />should view this application as am oppo~unity to ~prove the <br />appearance of the site and reco~ended that the ~ard rely <br />on its o~ study of the facts in this case with consideration <br />of the D~pa~ent's ~nts in renderir~ a decision. <br /> <br /> <br />
