Julia K~rins a resident of the area stated <br />she is against the billiard parlor. She stated the~e is a <br />co~,,~nity of houses behind the proposed billiard parlor. She <br />was also concerned about the noise. She stated there is 50 <br />ft. between her and proposed billiard parlor. <br /> <br />Mr. Gartland stated there will be no live music. There will <br />be a radio and snacks. Far. Gartland also stated there will <br />be no alcoholic beverages sex.ed on the premises.
