Mir. Viglotti stated there will be no <br />more than 6~ occupants .......... "Motion by Mrs. Regan to <br />accept the minutes of 12/7/93 meeting as amended, seconded by <br />Mr. Greco. Unanimously approved. <br /> <br />LONG B. SIMS. 7~ EAST MAIN STREET. WAPPINGERS FALLS <br />First on the agenda was the application of Long B. Sims, <br />7~ East Main Street, Wappingers Falls seeking a use <br />variance to be able to use above property for a TV repair <br />shop and seeking an area variance to be able to have 3 ft. on <br />side instead of required 10 ft. and 10 ft. in front instead <br />of re~aired 15 ft. at above address. Letter from Dutchess <br />County Depa~ment of Planning dated December 21, 1993 was <br />read (copy of letter on file in Zoning Offices). In pa~ <br />it stated that when considering this application, Board <br />should keep in mind that any resulting variance will con- <br />tinue to ~un with the land when and if the property is sold. <br /> <br />Mr. Snowden presented sketch of proposed addition. He stated <br />what he was presenting was not final drawings only a con- <br />ceptual drawing. Mr. G~eco asked Mr. Snowden if he was going <br />to do final drawings and Mr. Snowden answered he had not been <br />contracted to do so. <br /> <br />Mrs. Regan stated she had some specific questions for Mr. <br />Sims and preferred to adjourn hearing until Mr. Sims was <br />present. Mr. Bill Malkus who is a friend of Mr. Sims was <br />present and he offered to answer any questions the Board <br />had. Mrs. Regan asked Mr. Snowden why he needed three <br />stories and he answered it was actually only 2 and 1/2 <br />stories. He stated they would onlM be using the attic <br />area for storage. Mr. Snowden noted that the house is <br />being t~ed as a three family home but it is only being <br />used as a two family at this time. <br /> <br />Mr. Malkus stated Mr. Sims planned to have his shop on <br />the first floor and live on the second floor. <br /> <br /> <br />
