A~a~d Alfonso <br />9 Church Street to be able to use pro~,sed 6 f.~y garage on <br />propex~y at 9 Church Street which is in a residential zone. <br />Mr. Alfonso stated, he had been before the Board last month <br />and explained his case at that time. ~r. ¥iglotti stated <br />this request is a gray a~ea in the ordinance. Mrs. Regan <br />stated there are other garages in the area that people rent. <br />Mr. G~-eco stated he felt that a 6 bay garage would breed <br />eo~ereialization in the future. He stated there sho~ald be <br />come control to go along with the variance. <br /> <br />Mr. 4~eco made a motion to grant the varianoe with the <br />provisions: (1) strictl'f storage, (2) no offices/or <br />businesses to be 1-un out of the garage and (~) there should <br />be nothing sto~ed in the t~acks that are housed in the <br />garage, ~-s. Regan seconded the motion. On roll call vote - <br />Mr. Smith - Aye, Mr. G~.~co - Aye, Mrs. Regan - Aye, <br />Lewis - Absent, Mrs. Bovine - Absent. <br /> <br />Next on the agenda was the application of Ms. Sandy Diehl, <br />~6 High Street, seekir~ a variance to be able to erect <br />addition to property at at. ye address. Ms. Diehl stated <br />she had been before the Board last month and explained her <br />case. At this time she presented a plot plan of addition. <br />Mx-. {~=reco stated he had looked at the prope~-ty and stated <br />the addition would not block any of the windows of the <br />sux~,ounding property. <br /> <br /> <br />
