Tony Patio ~stee Shay Joe Cohn George Angel Hank Di~arco Klaus Ress lhuber David Macaluso Meeting was called to ol-del- at 7:32 p.m. Motion by Mr. Greco, secol~ded by Mr. Lewis to accept the minutes of September a~eting. Unanimously caiTied. First on the agenda was the application of Mr. and Mrs. Klaus Resslhuber, 69 South M~sier Avenue seekin~ a variance to be allowed to build a sunroom closer to sideline than is allowed by ccwle. Sec~etaxTread legal notice and stated that everyone within a 200 ft. radius had been furnished a copy of the legal notice. Secreta~ also stated Dutchess County Dept. of Plannin~ had not resp¢~nded to zonin~ referral. Mr. Klaus presented his case. He stated what he actually wants to do is rebuild the existin~ deck and build a two car carp~)~t underneath. He stated there is an existin~ deck there already and he will be replacir~ it with basically the same footprint. The p~sent deck was built with a buildir~ permit and ~tificate of oc~a~n~ f~m then Zoni~ A~. Ha~st~l but he did not ~o to the ZBA at t~t t~e for a h~ would be continui~ the existi~ foun~tion line ~d would not be extendi~ the deck any closer to the line but his col~s that would ~ s~i~ the deck would be 3 the line and the staircase attached to the d~ck would Mr. Resslhuber infold the board that he would like to reserve the possibility of buildin~ on top of the deck for the future and Mr. Greco stated before he built on top of the deck he would have to resubmit to the ZHA for their approval. At this point Mr. Gte. co made a~otion to approve the variance for a two car carport and deck with the contin- gency that before any further buildi~ is done Mr. Resslhuber must c~ back to the ZBA. Motion seconded by Mr. Lewis. Unanimously ca,-tied.
