Secretary also <br />stated all neighbors within a 200 ft. radius of <br /> <br />r~s~nded to zoni~ ~fer~-al. <br /> <br />Ms. Bovimo stated s[~was exeusin~ herself f~this hea~in~ <br />as she was involved with Mr. Realy in a personal matte~ in- <br />volvin~ litigation against the ~illage. <br /> <br />Mr. Healy presented his case. He stated he has an empty lot <br />at 13 Fulton Street which is in a two family zone and he <br />would like pex~ission to build a four family house on that <br />lot. Mrs. Hodge stated he did not fill in ~1 on the Notice <br />of Appeal. M~s. Hod~e also asked Mr. Healy why a four family <br />ho~se instead of a two family house and Mr. Healy stated he <br />would not ;~y for his to build a t~> family house. He stated <br />the lot has been empty for many years. Mrs. Hod~e asked Mr. <br />Healy what ty~s of ex;enditures he. had on the empty lot and <br />he stated taxes and he pays s¢~one to keep the lot olean. <br />Mrs. Hod~e stated one of the~egui~m~nts for a use variance <br />was applicant had to p~ve hardship. What is Mr. Heal¥'s <br />hardship? Mr. Healy stated the lot was sta~tin~ to cost him <br />money being vaoant. <br /> <br />F~-. C~'eco asked Mx~.
