For the record it was stated that Village Attorney Viglotti would excuse himself <br />from this particular hearing and Jennifer Van Tuyl, Esq. would be representing the <br />Village on this matter. She has stated that she had prepared a list of procedural issues <br />that needed to be discussed on the above application. Ms. Van Tuyl went on to state that <br />as everyone knows she had initially worked with Building Inspector Alfonso in drafting <br />the Notice of Violation which forms the basis of this appeal. At this point she is serving <br />as the ZBA 's attorney. She has investigated this matter and been informed that there is <br /> <br /> <br />
