It was stated that Mrs. Allen had come to the ZBA in
November of 2000 and the variance was granted. Prior to that the same variance was
originally granted November 8, 1997. Since the applicant has not received or requested a
building permit as yet and 90 days has past, the variance has expired. Mr. Hood stated
that the Planning Board is still reviewing the sit eplan for that area. After some informal
discussion Mx. This was verbally confirmed by Mr. Ninnie at the
March 14, 2000 ZBA meeting and was made part of the record. Mrs. Relyca stated at the
March 14, 2000 ZBA meeting she came because variances were being requested at a
building that was going to be built behind her. Her concern was when the building was
complete she would be losing the privacy in her backyard. She does have a large hedge
and a garage but she feels that something could happen to the hedge and she did not want
to count on the fact that the hedge would be there forever. She came to the meeting to
see the plan and to voice her concerns that she would lose her privacy in a house in a
residential dis~et in a house that has been there since 1916. At the March 14, 2000 she
say pictures of the building with no windows in the rear and Mx. Ninnie verbally assurred
her that there would be no windows in the rear of the building. With that assurance and
trusting that this was an honest statement she did not further object to the number of
