Roll call taken by secretary. <br /> <br />Mr. Frink stated that the last item on the agenda was the discussion o fa closed public <br />hearing on the request of Tracy Garrick. This item has been adjourned at the request of <br />the applicant. <br /> <br />MR. MICHAEL NOVICK~ MARKET STREET, WAPPINGERS FALLS <br />First on the agenda was the informal discussion by Michael Novick He stated there is <br />an empty lot at 33 Market Street which is owned by his family and he would like to erect <br />a four family home there. The lot is zoned GB and it was statedthat residential is not <br />allowed in a GB zone. Mr. Novick stated he had spoken to the Zoning Enforcement <br />Officer, Mr. Tomlins who stated he did not see a problem with the proposal but he wouM <br />have to go to the ZBA. Mr. Viglotti also stated Mr. Novick would have to draw up a set <br />of plans to determine if any area variances would be needed. Mr. Novick was also <br />informed he would have to go to the Planning Board for their approval because the <br />Planning Board controls multi-family homes in the Village. <br /> <br />DLC MANAGEMENT FOR PERKINS RESTAURANT IN THE IMPERIAL PLAZA <br /> <br />Next on the agenda was the application of Perkins Restaurant to be able to have a third <br />~ign at the proposed Perkins Restaurant in the Imperial Plaza. Mr. Martin representing <br />the applicant stated the plan is to remove ~ the existing building and construct a Perkins <br />Pancake House. He stated they have been before the Planning Board and they have <br />approval subject to certain conditions. They have been granted two signs - one for the <br />front of the building and one for the pylon on Route 9. The third sign they are asking for <br />is for the back of the building which in effect faces Route 9. They wouM be allowed 160 <br />sq. fi. of signage and the total of the three signs would be 72. 5 sq. fi. Mr. Martin stated <br />the sign above the front door is 32 sq. fi., the pylon measures 16 ~ sq. fi. and the <br /> <br /> <br />
