Unanimously canied. <br /> <br />HANDS OF SERENITY HEALING~ 2689 VOgST MAIN STREET <br />First on the agenda was the proposal for a sign at Hands of Serenity Healing, 2689 West <br />Main Street. Applicant presented application and proposal of sign to Board. Applicant <br />stated sign would be hanging from front of building, be doubled sided and there would be <br />no illumination. She gave the Board swatches of the colors of the signs. After review of <br />the application to make sure all conformed to code, Mr. Moran made a motion to approve <br />the sign as presented contingent upon applicant getting signature of property owner on <br />original. Motion was seconded by Mr. McCormick. Unanimously carded. <br /> <br />BEAUTIFUL WALL COVERINGS, REGENCY EAST <br />Next on the agenda was the application of Beautiful Wall Coverings located in the <br />Regency East Building on Route 9. Applicant presented the Board with a sketch of the <br />sign she is looking for. She wanted to have a slat in the road sign and also awnings with <br />words on them. Mr. Alfonso stated applicant would have to measure the length of <br />wording on the awnings to correctly give the total mount of signage. Applicant also <br />needed the following for the next meeting: (1) new application with all dimensions <br />listed, (2) property owners signature on application, (3) lineal footage of the portion of <br />the building she is renting on application, (4) swatches of colors and (5) applicant was <br />asked to bring all dimensions for proposed neon signs. <br /> <br /> <br />
