Unanimously <br />carried. <br /> <br /> JULIANO ENTERPRISES OF NEW YORK LTD. D/B/A SACHDABO'S CAF~ & <br /> SPIRITS - 2776 WEST MAIN STREET <br />First on the agenda was the application for three proposed Signs on the request of the <br />above applicants. Applicants presented color schematic of signs - one double faced road <br />sign, one building sign and one sign for the side of the Laundromat on the property. Mr. <br />Morris stated that according to code only two signs advertising the restaurant are allowed. <br />The Board liked the schematic of the road sign Stating it fits in with the newly proposed <br />sign ordinances. Mr. Morris asked applicants for the lineal footage of the building to be <br />able to calculate amount ofsignage allowed. Discussion followed on the amount of signs <br />on the property. Applicant was informed they would have to make a decision as to what <br />two signs they wanted approved this evening. After additional informal discussion it was <br />stated that they would withdraw the advertisement for the restaurant on the existing <br />Laundromat and instead put a sign on the Laundromat reading Juliano Enterprises only. <br />At this point Mr Moran made a motion to approve the following: one 7'x3' double faced <br />road sign, one 1' x 20' single faced building sign and one singed faced 6'x3' sign to be <br />located on the side of the existing Laundromat with no mention of Sachdabo's - reading <br />Juliano Enterprises contingent upon applicant supplying the Planning Board with the <br />exact lineal footage of the building and exact color sample of signs. Motion seconded by <br />Mr. McCormick. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br /> .ELLIS LAW~ 2608 SOUTH AVENUE, <br />Next on the agenda was the application of Ellis Law with a proposed road sign for the <br />above address. Applicant provided a copy of the proposed sign and after review and <br />discussion it was determined that applicant would have to supply the Zoning <br />Enforcement Officer with calculations of lineal footage of building. Applicant stated <br />they would be using the existing ground lights for sign and Mr. Morris stated applicant <br /> <br /> <br />
