MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD MEETING HELD 9/4/03 <br /> <br />Present: Tom Morris, Rob Alfonso, George Moran, Don McCormick, Matt <br />Alexander and Mary Ann Loncto <br /> <br />Others Present: <br /> Robert McDonough <br /> Jim Sullivan <br /> A1 Capelli <br /> Michele Grieg <br /> <br />Leo Stearns <br />Ed DeLaurentis <br />Charlie DelBene <br /> <br />Meeting was called to order at 7.'30 p.m. Motion by Mr. Alfonso to accept the minutes of <br />the 8/7/03 meeting as amended- Under Don Panchito - "....Mr. Morris cautioned <br />applicant ...... "should be changed to Mr. Alfonso cautioned applicant and <br />"... Unanimously carried. Again application.... "Should be changed to ".....Again <br />applicant ..... "Motion seconded by Mr. Moran. Unanimously carried <br /> <br />REVIEW PEDDLERS PERMIT FOR MICHELE SCALPI AND SHARON POWELL <br />First on the agenda was a review ora peddlers permit for Michele Sca]pi and Sharon <br />Powell to be able to have trailer type vehicle at the intersection of HollowbrookfMyers <br />Corner Road The Board of Trustees sent this over to the Board for their <br />recommendation. Applicants did not show up and therefore <br /> <br />ROBERT MCDONOUGH FOR CONSTRUCTION TRAILER- 14 MILL STREET <br />At the last meeting Mr. McDonough had received appraval for a construction trailer for <br />hisproperty not to exceed 8'x 24'. In his attempt to lease a trailer it has come to his <br />attention that they do not come 24' but 28 '. He asked Board if he could have one that <br />was 28 '. He stated that everything else from his previoas approval wouM remain the <br />same. Mr. Kolb ccmtioned applicant to mal~ sure trailer is completely on his property <br />and does not encroach onto neighboring properties. Mr. Alfonso made a motion to <br />grant approval to Mr. McDonough for a construction trailer that is no larger than 8' x <br />28' and all other conditions from his previous approval remain the same. Motion <br />seconded by Mr. Moran. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />L TC PLAZA PHARMACY, WEST MAIN STREET <br />Representative from L TC Plaza Pharmacy called earlier in the day and cancelled his <br />appearance. He stated he will be at the next meeting. <br /> <br />LEO STEARNS, 2731 WEST MAIN STREET <br />Next on the agenda was the application of Mr. Leo Stearns, 2731 West Main Street to <br />subdivide his property. Applicant stated his intention is to subdivide the property in <br />order for his daughter to build a house on the newly created lot. There will be two <br />separate deeds. Mr. Morris stated there was a letter from Mr. Kolb stating his comments <br />regarding the subdivision. These are as follows: According to zoning each lot must be <br />10,000 sq. fl. entire parcel is only 16,500 - therefore variance is necessary, required lot <br /> <br /> <br />
