The reason for Mr.
Scianna's appearance is because Mr. Visentin felt that it had been 7years since the
previous approval and he wanted to be assured that conditions had remained the same.
The Board reviewed the previous plan. One of the qnestions raised was do the lots have
legal frontage on the streets because if they do not have legal frontage on the street, then
there may be some problems, Mr. Visentin stated applicant and Board need to put aside
the previous review and concentrate on what is before them now. Mr. Visentin stated
that the previous subdivision has been filed with the county clerk's office, Applicant was
informed that he would have to reapply to the Zoning Board of Appeals to revalidate his
variances.
