Motion by Mr. Morris to correct the previous <br />meeting minutes as follows: Page 2, Third Paragraph, third line shauM state lobby will <br />be extended by about 400 sq. fi. and Page 5, third paragraph, fourth line should be <br />advice instead of advise. Mr. Morris then made a motion to accept the minutes of the <br />July meeting as modified except for the transcript of the Bell Atlantic portion of the <br />meeting. He made a motion to accept the document as submitted to be filed in our <br />records but not to comment on the validity/contents of the document. Motion seconded <br />by Mr. Moran. Unanimously agreed. <br /> <br />T. W. WEBBER~ 19 DELA VERGNE A VENUE <br />First on the agenda was the sign permit application for T. W Webber Plumbing and <br />Heating. Mr. Walsh representing Mr. Webber presented the application. Mr. Visentin <br />asked where the sign would be located on the property and applicant showed him. He <br />also asked if he needed the sign to be 14ft. in height and applicant stated that the <br />businesses across the street also have a 14fi. sigr~ Mr. Visentin went on to state that <br />although the property is zoned GB there is a single family residence next door and we <br />should try to respect the residence by keeping the sign as small as possible. Mr. Visentin <br />asked applicant if he had any comments from the next door neighbor and applicant stated <br />they were aware of the sign and had t no objection to it. Mr. Visentin stated he would <br />like to get a letter from the neighbors (DiPolitos) for our records stating they have <br />reviewed the print and have no objection to the sign. It was stated that the sign would be <br />internally lit and Mr. Visentin asked applicant if there would be any objection to turning <br />it off at a certain time. Applicant stated there would be no objection as long as it was <br />after business hours. <br /> <br />~4fler reviewing the application for conformance to codes, Mr. Morris made a motion to <br />grant approval for the sign as proposed contingent upon the letter from the DiPolitos and <br />if it is favorable, Mr. Visentin will then OK the applicatior~ Motion seconded by MR. <br />Alfonso.
