Motion by Mr. Alfonso, seconded by Mr. <br />Moran to accept the minutes of the previous meeting. Unanimously carried <br /> <br />SIGN PEJOIITS- PREMIER BANK- IMPERIAL PLAZA <br />First item on the agenda was the sign permit application for a new sign at the former <br />First Bank of the Hudson Valley located in the Imperial Plaza. The bank merged with <br />another bank and became Premier Bank. Applicant stated they are not changing the <br />Location of the sign -just changing the face. Mr. Alfonso made a motion to approve the <br />sign permit as presented, seconded by Mr. Karge. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />MARKET PROPERTIES, INC. FOR PROPOSED WAREHOUSE <br /> <br />Next on the agenda was the application of Market Properties, Inc. for a proposed <br />warehouse at Market Street Industrial Park, For the record it was stated thot all <br />applicants must have their drawings to the Planning Board/Consultants at least 10 <br />working days prior to the hearing. Applicant only submitted his new set of drawings 2 <br />days prior to the hearing. Therefore consultants did not have a chance to review it. <br /> <br />Mr. Bricklemaier of lnsite Engineering stated his comment letter dated July 9, 1998 was <br />his last comment letter. The Board reviewed this letter and the most significant comment <br />on that letter was the comment regarding the eroding hillside. Applicant stated he has an <br />Engineer working on that situation and a plan to mitigate this hillside should be prepared <br />and ready for the next Planning Board meeting. Applicant also stated he would put a <br />note on the plan regarding the traffic flow on site. He went on to state that the bridge is <br />going out to bid and after obtaining final approvals from all concerned, applicant stated <br /> <br /> <br />
