~egu[ar meeting o~ theVil[age Board of ~rustees waSheld on ~ednesday, <br />July 12s 1990 at ?:90 P.M. in the Village Nail. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Nemingw&F~ Tr. Napoleon, Tr. Buckley~ Tr. Sowino~ ?r, Kolb <br />and Tr. Costello. <br /> <br />Tro Fisch out of Town on business and Atty. Viglotti preparing documents <br />fo~ litigation. <br /> <br />Hinutes: <br /> <br />Minutes of the last regular Village Board meeting held June 13, 1990 had been <br />duplicated and previously presented to Board members. <br /> <br />N~ion by Tr. Bovino, seconded by Tr. Costello that the abo~e minutes be <br />accepted as written. Carried. <br /> <br />.~esolution.~ motions of petitions <br />None ,, <br /> <br />InsurAncel <br />Tr. Kolb inquired for Tr, Fisch as to ,repairs to the Garner pu mi)er, <br /> <br />Zoning Officer Pacio addressed meeting regarding the ~mples~ntation of <br />ne~ forms his office has developed as a result of recent contacts with <br />various local municipalites. <br /> <br />Ne discussed the new forms which included s,,smons, appearance tickets, <br />building applications, plot plans and requirements for.building permits <br />and how they would protect the ¥tllage. <br /> <br />Mr. Pacio requested permission to acquire estimtes for printing forms <br />and discussed possibility of consolidating some of %he olde~ forms now <br />in use, if the Board ~Dp~oves. <br /> <br />Ne stated his office doesn't have the funding or ~anP~wer to acco~odat~ <br />enforcement of local laws pertaining to suaq~ pulps/or garbage disposition. <br /> <br />~.~acio also presented list of restaurants and other establishments <br />which have kitchens and 9~ease traps. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Napoleon, seconded by Tr. Kolb that the ~ing Officer <br />be authorized ~o update and implement new forms for code enforcement. <br />Ca~ried. <br /> <br />· r, Napoleon expressed appreciation to Mr. Pacio for doing an excellent <br />job with the Zoning department. <br /> <br /> <br />
