Fisch stated he would like to discuss t~vartous Villaoe owned <br />properties which have been pr~ued for sale. Ne stated the Cottam <br />#ill property, comprising of 6.8 acres, ~s before the Town of Pough- <br />keepsie Planning Bd. for a subdivision review. <br />Tr. Fisch reported Bngo Pardi sent a letter reporting the Town has <br />requested the following issues be addressed~ <br /> <br />1o The issue as to ownership of the $' strip along Cottam Mill Road <br /> must be resolved. <br /> <br />2. The request a drainage study performed as to the effects of this <br /> project on the area. <br /> <br />They would like all trees (8" diameter or 0rearer) from t~e utility <br />easemen~ to Cotton Hill Road shown on the subdivision plat. <br /> <br />They require the property to connect to the existing sewer and water <br />facilities <br /> <br />5o The would like the 14' RiYJ extending fro~ Delavergne Ave . clarified, <br /> <br />Tr. Fisch reported Village had appropriated $8,000. for engineering <br />fees on this p~o~ect and , to this date, has expended approximately <br />$1,000. of the estimated $4,000. to $5,000. proposal. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Fisch, seconded by Tr. Kolb that Paggi & Martin be. <br />authorized to continue with the above ~ntioned sub-division. Carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Fisch, seconded by Tr, Kolb that the Village offer for <br />sale the CottonNill property, for a fair market value, as ~We have <br />no municipal use for sane. Carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Fisch, seconded by Tr, Ko~ that the Village offer for <br />sale the West Street property, for a fair market value, as we have <br />no municipal use for same. Carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
