'The regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on <br />Wednesday, October 10, 1990 at ?:30 pm in the Village Hall. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Hemingway, Tr. Fisch, Napoleon, Buckley, Bovino, <br />Kolb, Costello and Attorney Viglotti <br /> <br />Also Present: Treasurer K. Masterson, Police Commissioner D. <br />Terwilliger, Water Commissioner D. Mazochi, Fire Chief Pat Lyons, <br />Asst. Fire Chief Tom Burke, Asst. Fire Chief Tim Laffin, Recreation <br />Director Cindy Latino, John Regan, "Christmas In The Park" Committee. <br /> <br />Minutes: <br />Minutes of the last regular meeting held September 12, 1~90 had been <br />duplicated and previously presented to Board members. <br /> <br />Motion by Trustee Napoleon seconded by Tr. Fisch that the above <br />minutes be accepted as written. Carried. <br /> <br />Agenda: <br />"Christmas In The Park" report: <br />John Regan addressed the Board to discuss the plans for the above <br />mentioned annual event. <br />It will be held Sunday November 25, 1~0 which is the Sunday after <br />Thanksgiving. The program will last approximately I 1/2 hours. The <br />Committee requests $2000.00 dollars to cover expenses such as: <br />Installation; take down; refurbishing of lights etc.; Christmas tree~ <br />purchase of garlands and other needs. <br />John stated that Don Herring~ also on the committee~ had done a fine <br />job over the past years. The committee will start within the next <br />four weeks and can be contacted for further information. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Costello seconded by Tr. Fisch to appropriate $2000.00 <br />dollars for "Christmas In The Park" expenses. Carried. <br /> <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION ON OLD TAX LIENS: <br />Mayor Hemingway read the Tax Lien Resolution ~or the benefit of those <br />present. Copy of Resolution in Minute Book following minutes of this <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Costello seconded by Tr. Bovino accepting the <br />Resolution regarding Old Tax Liens. Carried. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS; <br />Village Justice Report for September~ 1~0 - $5,49~.00 collected in <br />fines. <br />Motion by Tr. Costello seconded by Tr. Bovino that above report be <br />accepted as read. Carried. <br /> <br />Request from Jeffrey J. Contelmo of Insite Engineering & Design, <br />representing R & S Cleaners who are proposing to relocate facility to <br />property located on Route 9 for sewer hook up at this location. <br /> <br />Tr. Napoleon reported that the sewer is already there ~ it is a <br />business and they have Zoning Board approval.
