27o~ The regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on 11-14-90 at 7:30 P.Mo in, the Village Mall. Present: Mayor ~emingway, Tr. Pisch, Tr. Napoleon, Tr. Buckley~ Tr. Bovino~ Tr. golb, Tr. Costello & Atty. Vi91otti. Mip~tes: Minutes of the last regula~ Village Board meeting held lO-lO-gO and special meetings held 10-3-90 and 10-23-90 had been duplic~ted and previously presented to Board members. Motion by Tr. Bo~ino, seconded by Tr. Kolb that the minutes of the special meeting held 10-3-90 be accepted as written. Carried. In reference to the minutes of the last regular Village Board meeting held 10-10-90, Tr. Napoleon questioned.the legality of the action which transpired on the 2nd page of the minutes. Me stated Tr. Boring expressed her intention to abstain from voting on a certain issue and then introduced a motion to vote on the s~-e sub,ct. Attyo iiglotti replied action was inconsistent but not illegal. Motion by Tr. Bovino~ seconded by Tr. Napoleon that the minutes of the last regular Village Board meeting held 10-10-90 be accepted as written. Carried. Motion ~y Tr. Bovino,.seconded by Tr. Napoleon that the minutes of the special meeting held 10-23-90 be accepted as written. Carried. Resolutions: Resolution designating offic~s to be filled at t~ next general ¥illage elect ion: Motion by Tr. Fisch, seconded by Tr. Kolb that the above resolution. be adopted, text of which follows the minutes of this meeting. Carried. Resolution div~din9 Village .i.nto Blection Districts: Motion by Tr. Fisch, seconded by Tr. Bovino that the abov~ resolution be adopted~ text of ~hich follows minutes of this ~a~eting. Carried. Mayor Memingway reported he received a letter from Mr. Allen DelaDey recommending that, as paxt o£ the itinerary for next years~ Community Day, special tribute be given to the graduates of the former Nigh School on Mesier Ave. and that this be m~de part of the the~e for the day's festivit- ies. To be turned over to the ccea~tttee for follow up. Me also stated he had requests from Recreation Chairperson Latino and Zoning Officer ~acio; Mrs. Latino requested p~rmission to give Recreation report earlY, due t o other commitments and Mr. 9acio requested p~rmission to address meeting.
