The seoDnd ~ing of the Village Board of Trust~es for June was held on 6-23-93 at 7:30 P.M. in the Village Hall. Present: Mayor Hinm~ann, Tr. DiDomizio, Tr. Napoleon, Tr. Shay, Tr. Bain Tr. usavich and Atty. Viglotti. Agenda: t~quest for Peddler's Permit: Two a t~plications received: 1. Josef J. Deitz to sell hot dogs, soda and cakes. 2. Mr. & Mrs. Walter Kessler to sell hot dogs and soda. After brief discussion, a mDtion was made by Tr. Shay, seconded by Tr. Bain that tbs above requests be denied as they are not taxpayers and this type of business does not generate any revenues for the cc~ty. Carried. Request frcm Mr. Donald ~ing, ~ty Day Picnic Chairman, requesting Village Board adopt a resolution granting temporary exemption of the restriction which prohibits public cons~¢~tion of alcohol in Mesier Park the date of the picnic, 7-18-93, be~n 12:00 Noon and 7:00 P.M... Motion by Tr. Shay, seconded by Tr. Bain that the above restriction be waived for %his day and specified time. ~rried. Approval of Recreation s~mer personnel: The Recreation Comllission suhnitted the following natures for approval: Janice VanPelt, Director,; M~ry Marcojohn and Bernadette Goebel, Senior Counselors,; April Leithauser, Stephanie Russell and John Pantaline, Counselors. Motion by Tr. DiDomizio, seconded by Tr. Shay tbmt the above personnel be approved for the St~l,~ program. Carried. Mayor Hinzmann reported resolution received frc~ Ms. Beth Doyle, D.C. Plannir~ Department, authorizing the Village to enter into an agreement with f_h~ Oounty of D~tchess for the purpose of ttndertaking a C~m~nity Developmant Program pur~3mnt to the Housing and Cu,,.~nity Development Act of 1974, as amended. He slated he has turned s~ne over to Atty. Vig!otti for revi~. Letter frcm Mr. Charles McCluskey in reference to traffic on South Ave. and outlining his suggestions on how conditions could improve.
