The regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on Wednesday, September 8, <br />1993 at 7:30 P.M. in the Village Hall. <br /> <br />Present: ~Mayor Hinzmann, Tr. D~zio, Tr. Shay, Tr. Bain, Tr. Usavich and Atty. <br />Viglotti. <br />Absent: Tr. Napoleon and Tr. Traver. <br /> <br />Minutes: <br />Minutes of the last ~n~ting of the Village Board of Trustees held Aug. 25, 1993 had <br />been duplicated and previously presented to Board m~mlbers. <br /> <br />Tr. Bain reported that in reference to encroachment of right of way oomp]alnt filed by <br />Mary Ann Sacco, 70 South Ave., minutes should read that instead of not assuming owner- <br />ship should indicate we do not have jurisdiction over property. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Bain, seconded by tr. Shay that the above minutes be accepted as written <br /> <br />Agenda: <br /> <br />R~port on Metzker subdiyisio~: <br />Atty. Viglotti reported this matter has ~cn resolved with the Planning Board. <br /> <br />Request frc~ Mr. Robert Gray for sewer hook up at a proposed Restraurant in the <br />Wappinger s Plaza: <br />Atty. Viglotti reported he has o~nferred with Mr. Gray and proposal would exceed <br />limits outlined in contract. He suggested Mr. Gray have proposal drawn up and <br />suhuit san~ to Engineer for Water Department approval. <br /> <br />Tr. Bain reported this has already bcc~n acc~¥plished, modificatiens approved, and <br />prliminary approval given. <br /> <br />Discussion followed on amendment to agreement. <br /> <br />Tr. Bain reported proposed expansion of the holding tank should acc~modate the increased <br />22,000 gpd with no effect on our lines. <br /> <br />Atty. Viglotti reported add{tional vol~e exceeds l{mit outl{ned in contract and <br />same would have to be re-drafted. <br />He reported there were three parcels in the Village which will require service and <br />if these together with outside users excc~ capacity, we cant co~tract for outside <br /> <br />Report on CSEA contract: <br />Tr. DiDcmizio reported they met with union delegate and one line in Memorandum of <br />Agreement has been changed to read "OD-pay shall take effectwhen all ~-~loyees of <br />the Village agree to do the same. <br /> <br />Discussion followed on agreement verbage. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. DiDomizio, seconded by Tr. Bain that the Village accepted the Memorand- <br />u~ of Agreement, as amended, with CSEA for Public Works employees and autorize the <br />Mayor to execute ssm~.
