/77 <br /> <br />The regular ~=eting of the Mayor and Village Board of Trustees was b~ld on Wednesday, <br />June 8, 1994 at 7:30 P.M. in ~the Village Hall. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Hinzmann, Tr. DiDGuizio, Tr. Cerino, Tr. Shay, Tr. Hemingway, Tr. <br />Goebel & Atty. Viglotti. Absent: Tr. Traver. <br /> <br />Minutes: <br />Minutes of a special m~ting held April 28, 1994 had ~n duplicated and previously <br />presented to Board members. <br /> <br />Minutes of a Public Hearing and the regular Village Board meeting held May 11, 1994 <br />had been duplicated and previously presented to Board members. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Shay, seoonded by Tr. Cerino that the above minutes be accepted as <br />written. Carried. <br /> <br />P~quest for a Solid Waste Permit submitted by All Waste Systems: <br /> <br />Atty. Viglotti reported Residential Garbage Local Law requires cut~4nes whose <br />customers are cc~mercial users to file application for a permit, show proof of <br />insurance, indicate truck type to be used and pay the license fee which, in this <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Goebel, seconded by Tr. Hemingway that the request be tabled and ~he <br />Contractor be notified that pick-up would be limited to Wednesdays and written <br />confirmation was required prior to the issuance of the permit. Carried. <br /> <br />Resolution - Granting temporary exew~tion of restriction which prohibits public <br /> con~;~tion of alcohol in Mesier Park for Picnic in the Park, <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. DiDomizio, seconded by Tr. Shay that the above'exemption be granted <br />for the Picnic in the Park which be held July 17, 1994. Carried. <br /> <br />Request frGn Susan Jerrick, Director of the Rotary Club of Wappingers Falls, to use <br />Mesier Park on Sunday, June 26, 1994 and ~z~day, June 27, 1994 free 11:00 A.M. to <br />4:00 P.M. for conduc+Ang their first "Bike Safety Awareness Campaign" which includes <br />bike safety tips and free b~lmets for children, ages 12 and under. <br /> <br />Tr. Shay reported permission was contingent upon providing proper insurance coverage, <br />adequate toilet facilities, proper parking and clean up detail when event is over, <br />which Ms. Jerrick agrc~ to. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Hemingway, seconded by Tr. Shay that permission be granted above request <br />and Park Cxxanisssion and Police be so notified. Carried. <br /> <br />Ccatutamications: <br />Village Justices' reports and St~t,tary of zoning fees collected for May, 1994 on file <br />at the Village Hall. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Shay, seconded by Tr. DiDcmizio that the above reportes be accepted. <br />Carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
