The regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on 4-11-84 at <br />7:30 P.M. in the American Legion Hall. <br /> <br />mresent: Mayor Synnett~ Tr. Greco~ Tr. Cioppa, Tr. Costa, Tr. Mazochi, <br />Tr. Carey and Atty. Reilly. <br />Absent: Tr. Perrego. <br /> <br />Mayor Synnett requested a moment of silent prayer be observed in memor~ of <br />of Samuel Mucci, a CATV committee member, who recently passed away. <br /> <br />Minutes: <br />Minutes of a Public Nearing and the regular meeting of the Village Board ,of <br />TruStees held 3-14-84, the Annual meeting held 4-2-84 had been duplicated and <br />previously presented to Board members. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Carey, seconded by Tr. Mazochi that the above minutes be <br />accepted as written. Carried. <br /> <br />Communications: <br />Village Justices' reports for March were read showing a total of <br />collected in fines. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Cioppa, seconded by Tr. Carey that the above reports be <br />accepted as read. Carried. <br /> <br />Letter from W.T. Garner Engine Co. reporting the following reinstated: <br />Joseph Jameison & Keith Robbins. They also submitted a list of officers <br />elected at their annual election, a copy of which was forwarded Board <br />members and is on file with the Clerk. <br /> <br />Mbtion by. Tr. Carey~ seconded by Tr. Cioppa that the above action be ratified. <br />Carried. <br /> <br />Letter read from Father Weber, Rector, Zion Episcopal Church, relative to <br />N° parking or standing signs missing on the west side of Saterlee Place, which <br />he requests be replaced. Copies forwarded Supt. Sidot and Police Dept. <br />Matter taken care of. <br /> <br />Letter from Mary Lou Lampin9 Lutters for Scenic Hudson, Inc., briefly <br />describing scope of their pro, ram. Copies forwarded Board members. <br />Filed~ <br /> <br />Letter of resignation read from part time Police Officer Robert Lederich. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Mazochi, seconded by Tr. Costa that the above resignation be <br />accepted and Sgt. McCord be authorized to pick up any Village owned equipment <br />or uniforms. Carried. <br /> <br />Letter from George Angel for Imperial Gardens Co., reuuesting permission to <br />address a meeting relative to expansion of their comples.
