A first coat sealer
would be used, and after cure time, a water base satin finish would be applies to all wood
areas. Also, the slate floor in the foyer would be done. The furniture would be moved to
reach all areas. This procedure would take an entire day, and a Saturday would be
preferred. The total cost for the above is $1150. A suggested quarterly floor maintenance
program should be done at a cost of $233.10 so that the floors are kept up. The clerk
asked the board to please take this program into consideration so that we may maintain
the beauty of the Hall.

Village Attorney Louis Viglotti asked that the Clerk look into who is responsible for the
repairs and upkeep of the building as to the fact that the Village does not own the
property but rents it at this time.

Village Clerk John Karge will look into the matter as soon as possible.

Leaf Ba~,s

After an extensive research into the selling of the leaf bags and have found out that they
are readily available in the area, Home Depot, Lowes and must of the supermarkets in the
area sell these bio degradable leaf bags.
