MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD MEETING [4E. Unanimously <br />carried, (Amendments were grammatical in nature and did not change intent of text) <br /> <br />I:IOLLOWBROOK FOOT SPECIALIST. 89 EAST MAIN STREET <br />First on the agenda was the proposal for a sign by Hollowbrook Foot Specialist, 89 East <br />Main Street. It was stated that the item on the agenda for an amendment to their site plan <br />was not going to happen therefore would not be discussed. Applicant presented the <br />proposal for the sign and application to the Board. Applicant pointed out to the Board <br />where on the site plan the sign would be locate& It would be on the West side of the <br />building, tt was stated that applicant was proposing that the sign be spotlighted. Mr. <br />Morris stated that the Board prefers downlit bat if it must be spotlighted - then the <br />applicant must assure the Board it will only be focused on the sign itself. The application <br />was reviewed for conformity to the Code and it was determined that all conformed to <br />code, Mr. Morris asked applicant what the wattage of the lights would be and applicant <br />stated it has not bem~ determined yet - Mr. Morris asked applicant to keep lights as <br />minimal as possible. Mr. Alfouso stated when the lighting has been determined it should <br /> <br /> <br />
