Unanimously carried.

HEDGESTONE REALTY. DUTCHESS SHOPPING PLAZA
No one was present.

CHASE BANK - BANK PLAZA ROUTE 9
Next on the agenda was the proposal for change of signs at the former Bank of New York which is
changed to Chase Bank in Bank Plaza on Route 9. Saxon signs gave the presentation. What they are
proposing to do on the front of the building is to remove a 216 sq. fi. box sign which covers the entire
front and replace it with a sign that is 63.25 sq. ft. and is individual letters and install a 87 sq. ft. pylon
sign out near the road which they feel is set back enough as not to inhibit vehicular sight - and the third
sign would be to replace a small 3 sq. ft. directional sign with a 8 sq. ft. directional sign. Mr. Morris
asked applicant if they had any samples of the actual colors and he stated he did not but the pictures are
very accurate. Mr. Morris stated the only commeut he has is the pylon sign is too high and he would
like it to be lowered to a monument sign. Mr. Morris also informed applicant that the sign could not be
any taller than the building. Mr. Alfonso stated that the sign ordinances were changing and at the
present time they were in front of the Village Board - if approved for the Route 9 corridor - monument
signs would be permitted at a height not to exceed 8 ft. Applicant stated that the building sign is
internally illuminated - black during the day - white at night - as far as the road sign is concerned - the
only thing that lights up at night time is the letters and the logo. The Board as a whole agreed that they
did not have any objection to the style of the road sign -just nmke it smaller. Applicant was informed
that he was only allowed to have 84 sq. ft. of sign (the directional sign would not could in the
calculation), the new ordinances would prohibit internally illuminated signs and the road sign would
have to be a monument sign externally illuminated.

CHANGE OF OWNER3HIP OF FOOD KIOSK AT HOLLOWBROOK

Next on the agenda was a change of ownership for the food kiosk at Hollowbrook Office Park between
Buildings 3 and 4. Applicant presented a layout of the space to the Board. She also stated she had
both her food permit from the Department of Health and her d/b/a but did not bring them to tonights
meeting. She stated she was not expanding the business or changing the type of services provided. Mr.
Alfonso made a motion to grant change of ownership contingent upon applicant bring a copy of her
