She would like to legitimize the sign (banner) she has hanging on the front of her store. Mr.
Morris stated there was some information missing from her application. At this point it was
determined that what she was actually looking for was a permit for a temporary banner and this is
handled fi~om the Offices of the Code Enfomement Officer. Applicant was advised to speak with the
Code Enforcement Officer to legitimize the banner.

ADVANCED AUTO
Called to cancel appearance - had transportation issues.

DOUBLE O GRILL, ROUTE 9
Next on the agenda was the appearance of representatives of Double O Grill, Route 9 to legitimize the
building sign which is not what the Planning Board had previously approved. It was stated that the red
and ivory on the sign were the same colors as the monument sign which are on file. It was delermined
that the sign conforms to all codes. Unanimously carried.

Mr. Alfonso asked applicant about the colors of the fac!de - previously it was stated that the trim
around the windows would be white - it was noted by members of the Planning Board lhat it is now tan
- but according to the Code Enforcement Officer it is approximately three shades lighter than the trim
on the building. Applicant stated this was the choice of the designer.
