Approved. Mr. Morris abstained as he was absent from the <br />May meeting. <br /> <br />CLOUD 9 BAKERY~ 2649 EAST MAIN STREET <br />First on the agenda was the proposed sign for Cloud 9 Bakery, 2649 East Main Street. <br />Applicant actually brought the sign for display. The application was reviewed for <br />conformance to the Code. Applicant was instructed to bring in a color chip of the colors <br />for the files. Mr. Alfonso made a motion to approve the sign, seconded by Mr. Moran. <br />Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />CANDY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY~ 62 EAST MAIN STREET\ <br />Next on the agenda was Candy Development Company to discuss parking lot <br />improvements and interior renovations to 62 East Main Street. Applicant stated one of <br />the concerns from the previous month was storm water runoff onto the sidewalk and the <br />liability to the Village. Mr. Cantor (owner) has spoke with Village Attorney Viglotfi and <br />Attorney Viglotti stated he did not think it would be a liability to the Village. Applicant <br />stated they added two additional dry wells to the parking lot - for a total of five and an <br /> <br /> <br />
