Unanimously <br />carried except Mr. McCormick who abstained because he was absent. <br /> <br />MARKET STREET INDUSTRIAL PARK - SIGNS <br />First on the agenda was the application of Market Properties, Inc. with a proposal for <br />signage. Applicant made her presentation. The first sign was for a free standing sign as <br />you cross the bridge into the Industrial Park - giving direction - 911 asked them to mark <br />all of the buildings - therefore they did a directory on how to get to each building. There <br />is also a directory sign for each building with the tenants who are in that building. The <br />Board confirmed that the proposed signs were in conformance with the Zoning <br />Ordinance. (one sign will be attached to the comer of the large building and one sign is a <br />free standing sign) - street signs and the directional signs for each building did not need a <br />permit. Applicant did not have color samples - Mr. Morris stated the Code <br />Enforcement Officer could assure that the colors conform. Mr. McCormick made a <br />motion to approve the signs contingent upon receipts of color swatches, seconded by Mr. <br />Moran. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />KITTY MCGUIRES, BANK PLAZA <br />Next on the agenda was the appearance from Kitty McGuires, dPo/a Chuck and Gerry's to <br />discuss change of ownership and change to the footprint to accommodate walk in cooler <br />at Bank Plaza and to discuss signage. Applicant presented pictures of the pad for a walk <br />in cooler. Mr. Mort-is asked Code Enforcement Officer Bmtting for his comments. Mr. <br />Bmtting stated the pad for the walk in cooler just "appeared" on site. Mr. Morris asked <br />applicant if the cooler would take up the entire portion of the pad and he answer not the <br /> <br /> <br />
