Motion by Mr. Alfonso, seconded by Mr. McCormick to approve <br />the minutes of the August 4, 2005 meeting. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />PATRICK FELMING REAL ESTATE, 2622 SOUTH AVENUE <br />First on the agenda was the application of Patrick Fleming Real Estate with a proposed <br />sign permit for the above address. Mr. Morris referred to the April 14, 2005 minutes <br />when Mr. Fleming had first applied for a new sign. At that time the applicant needed to <br />supply the Board with (1) assurance from the property ownar that only one sign would be <br />on the pylon and he agreed with the color scheme. It was also stated at that time that only <br />two signs would be allowed. Mr. Fleming presented a hunter green sign amd Mr. Ninnle <br />(property owner) was present at the meeting - Mr. Alfonso asked him if he had any <br />objection to the color of the sign and he answered no he did not. Mr. Alfonso also stated <br />that the maximum height of the sign could only be 8 ft. After reviewing the permit for <br />conformance to codes - Mr. Alfonso made a motion to approve the sign as presented <br />conth~gent upon sign height not being more than 8 ft. to the top of sign, sigh would not be <br />lighted.
