Mr. Alfonso made a motion to approve the minutes <br />of the April meeting as amended by secretary, seconded by Mr. Moran. Unanimously <br />carried. <br /> <br />PI'MS ON RIDE$~, DUTCI~F~g$ ,SHOpP~G <br />No one was present for the hearing. <br /> <br />WAPPINGERS PHA~CY, INC., 2554 ~UTH A~I~rE, <br />Next on the agenda was the proposal for a sign by Wappingers Pharmacy, Inc., 2554 <br />South Avenue. Applicant presented Board with color samples. He stated there would be <br />no lights inside the sign on the building -just overhead lights. The slats on the road sign <br />would be the same size as the previous ones - the road sign is spot lit. After reviewing <br />the signs for conformance a motion was made by Mr~ Alfonso to approve the signs as <br />presented contingent upon applicant supplying the Code Enforcement Officer with the <br />correct measurements of the building sign, seconded by Mr~ Moran. Unanimously <br />carried. <br /> <br />.VANVLACK~S CLEANERS, 1 FULTON,STR~T <br />Next on the agenda was the proposal by Van Vlack's Cleaners, 1 Fulton Street. <br />Applicant stated he would be putting the sign up on the hdc of the building - he had a <br />sample of the brown chip from Gemini, Inc. - it was ~t2418 (Brown). The sign was <br />brown plastic letters directly on the tan stucco - it would not be illuminated in anyway. <br />After reviewing the permit for conformance to all codes - Mr. Moran made a motion to <br />approve the sign as presented, seconded by Mr~ McCormick. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />VERIZON. DUTCHESS SHOPPING PLAZA <br />Next on the agenda was the application from Verizon Wireless, Dutchess Shopping <br />Plaza. He has two banners on the Dutchess Shopping Plaza road sign which he would <br /> <br /> <br />
