MIN UTES OF PLANNING BOARD MEETING HELD 10/7/04 <br /> <br />Present: Tom Morris, Chair, Rob Alfonso, Vice Chair, George Moran, Don <br />McCormick, Matt Alexander and Mary Ann Loncto, Secretary <br /> <br />Others Present: <br /> Beth Coleman <br /> Helen Piteo <br /> Bill Neroulves <br /> Marshall Currence <br /> <br />Jack Fedigan <br />Mondo Pollo <br />Jose Guiterrez <br />Trustee Enson <br /> <br />Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Alfonso made a motion to accept the minutes of the August 4, 2004 meeting as <br />amended, seconded by Mr. Moran. Unanimously carried. These amendments are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Page 2, Paragraph 2, Line 6 - should read "Applicant was instructed to check with <br />Zoning Enforcement Officer for the required ..... " <br /> <br />Page 2, Paragraph 4, Line 3 should read "It was stated sign would be 24" high ..... " <br /> <br />Page 3, Paragraph 2, Line 10 should read ".....he was still restricted to the 17 ft. or <br />maximum height of building ....... "- and last line - "Board took no action on this <br />application. <br /> <br />Page 4, Paragraph 1, Line 2 should read, "...it would be similar ..... "(and Mr. Alfonso <br />wanted to remind applicant that alcohol could not be sold until noon on Sundays) <br /> <br />Page 4, Paragraph 2, Line 12 should read, "...of the building with 1 5" band of red <br />paint...., <br /> <br />Page 5, Paragraph 5, Line 16 should read, "....option of building a 26 ft. wide house..." <br /> <br />Next the September 9, 2004 minutes were reviewed. Mr. Alfonso made a motion to <br />accept the minutes as amended, seconded by Mr. Moran. On roll call vote -Mr. Alfonso <br />- Aye, Mr. Moran Aye, Mr. McCormick - Aye, Mr. Morris and Mr. Alexander - <br />Abstain. This amendment was: Page 2, First Paragraph, Line 7 should read "...one that <br />is 2 ft. in height and one that is 3 ft. in height ..... "".....cannot be any larger than 2 ft. in <br />height ..... " <br /> <br />GREATER SOUTHERN DUTCHESS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE~ 2582 <br /> <br />SOUTH AVENUE <br />First on the agenda was the proposal from the Greater Southern Duchess Chamber of ' <br />Commerce with a proposed sign. Applicant presented color samples of the sign, there <br />will be no lighting Mr. Alfonso stated on the application it was stated that building was <br /> <br /> <br />
