Motion by Mr. Alfonso to accept the minutes <br />of the October meeth~ as corrected, seconded by Mr. Moran. Unanimously carried <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Moran, s'econded by Mr. McCormick to accept the minutes of the <br />November meeting. On roll call vote- Mr. Morris Aye, Mr. Moran - Aye, Mr. <br />McCormick Aye, Mt'. Alexander - Aye, Mr. Alfonso -Abstain. <br /> <br />MEDICUS, ROUTE 9 <br />F'ti:w on the agenda was' the proposal by Sign Language for changing the sign faces at <br />Medicus on Route 9. Mt'. Walsh stated the only thing he wanted to do was to change the <br />sign faces. 7he sign wouM remain the same size. Mr. Wals'h presented the Board with a <br />color rendering qf the sig*z. He stated it wouM be a red sign with white letters. Mr. <br />Morris as'ked what color red he would be using and he stated it would be the same color <br />red as Starr 's Oak Furniture sign in the Imperial Plaza. Mr. Morris stated applicant <br />wouM hm,e to give the Board an exact sample of the color red he was using to make s~re <br />it was. not too bright After reviewing the sign permit application for conformance to the <br />Ctxle, Mr. A[/imso made a motion to approve the request contingent upon applicant <br />supply/ng Board with a color sample of the red he was using. Motion was seconded by <br />Mr. McCormick. Unouimously carried <br /> <br />WAREX TERMINALS FOR 2558 SOUTH A VENUE <br />Next on the agenda was the informal appearance from Warex Terminals Corporation to <br />discuss a co-venture convenience store with Dunkin Donut for their property at 2558 <br />~g~>uth A venue. Applicant stated their location at the above address' is not profitable and <br />not productive and the), would like to replace it with something of higher value, higher <br />best ttse and one that will compliment the Village. It is their stgnature convenience store <br /> <br /> <br />
