On roll call vote - Mr. Morris - <br />Aye, Mr. Alexander- Aye, Mr. Moran - Aye and Mr. Alfonso - Abstain. Minutes <br />accepted. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Alfonso, seconded by Mr. Moran to accept the minutes of the special <br />meeting held 11/20/02. Unanimously carried <br /> <br />VERIZON WIRELESS, DUTCHESS SHOPPING PLAZA (FOR~IERL Y HOT <br />WIRELESS) <br />First on the agenda was the propasal from Verizon Wireless for a new sign in the <br />Dutchess Shopping Plaza. No one from Verizon was at the meeting. <br /> <br />CICCIO'S RESTAURANT~ 2710 WEST MAIN STREET <br />Next on the agenda was the proposal from Ciccio's Restaurant, 2710 West Main Street <br />with a proposal for their new sign. No one from Ciccio 's waspresent at the meeting. <br /> <br />EXXON STATION, 2755 WEST MAIN STREET <br />Next on the agenda was the proposal from the Exxon Station, 2755 West Main Street for <br />a permanent sandwich sign. No one from the Exxon Station was at the meeting. <br /> <br />MOBIL STATION~ 1050 ROUTE 9 <br />Next on the agenda was the proposal from Mobil Station, corner of Route 9 and North <br />Mesier Avenue with a proposal for a new sign. Mr. Chris Boyea representing sign <br />company passed around a color rendering of the proposed sign. He also had renderings <br />of the current sign that is there. The square footage of the new sign, location and height <br />is the same as the existing sign. It was stated that the height of the sign is no higher than <br />the existing building. Discussion followed regarding the new design standards <br /> <br /> <br />
