Ceng <br />Pio DiNardo <br />George Kolb <br /> <br />Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />DA VIDE, ROUTE 9~ WAPPINGERS FALL.~. <br />First on the agenda was a proposed sign for Davide to be located on Route 9. Applicant <br />presented sketch of sign and after review and discussion by Planning Board, Mr. Alfonso <br />made a motion to approve the sign as submitted, seconde~ by Mr. Karge, On roll call <br />vote - Mr. Visentin - Aye, Mr, Alfonso - Aye, Mr. Karge - Aye, Mr. Consentino - Absent <br />and Mr. Morris - Absent. <br /> <br /> .E..NCH,4NTED FOREST DAY CARET 90 EAST MAIN STREET <br />Next on the agenda was the proposed sign for Enchanted Forest Day Care at 90 East <br />Main Street. The Planning Board reviewed the sketch of sign and application and after <br />review and discussion by Planning Board, Mr. Karge made a motion to approve the sign <br />as presented, seconded by Mr. Alfonso. On roll call vote - Mr. Karge - Aye, Mr. Alfonso <br />- Aye, Mr. Visentin - Aye, Mr. Morris. - Absent and Mr. Consentino - Absent. <br /> <br />ENCHANTED FORESTDAY CARE, 90 EASTMAINSTREET <br />Next on the agenda was discussion on informal sketch for request of additional parking <br />on the side of the building. Mr. Visentin stated he had questions on the sketch. He stated <br />there were two big trees presently on the property which are not shown on the sketch and <br />Mr. Visentin questioned the measurements on the plan. He also stated applicant wouM <br />have to show parking spaces 9' x 18' and he wouM tike to see how far the vehicles are <br />going to stick out into the existing driveway. <br /> <br />..P..!O DINARDO, 120 MARKET STREET <br />Next on the agenda was the proposal of Mr, Pio DiNardo, 120 Market Street with a <br />proposal for two four family dwellings. Mr. Visentin stated that Mr. BricMemaier had <br />met with applicant's engineer in August and he had made some suggestions and <br />recommendations that needed to be done.
