It <br />was stated that this use is allowed in a CB zone where property is focated There is <br />adequate parking for the business in the two municipal parking lot~ and also there is <br />some on street parking. There were some building issues that wer4 discussed and <br />applicant stated the only exterior work that will be done is new si~ng and replacement of <br />windows. She understands she will have to come back to the Plan~ing Boa, rd when she is <br />ready to put up a sign. Mr. Visentin stated she could have letters on the wtndows. <br /> <br />GINO PORC0 FOR FORMER DONEI. PROPERTY ON ROUTE 9 <br />Next on the agenda was the proposal by Gino Porco to be able to ~tse 1552 Route 9 as a <br />Beauty and Nail Salon. The Planning Board is acting in their cal~city as Architectural <br />Review Board Applicant presented a site plan to the Board He stated they would be <br />doing landscaping and pavement on the property. Most of the access to the property is <br />through cross easements so he will be trying to go as far as he ca4 to clean things up. <br />They would be putting brick veneer on the outside of the building, ~nstead ofa flat roof <br />they would be changing the roof line - they have a sign board which would have some <br />spotlights on it - they would be using stucco where there are no windows at the present <br />time - there would be all new heating, new plumbing and new air conditioning. Mr. <br />~4lfonso reminded applicant he would have to apply for a building permit and also before <br />any signs are installed he would have to come back to the Planning Board for approval. <br />It was stated it is an allowed use for the district. After some informal discussion Mr. <br />Karge made a motion to accept the architectural plan as submitted, seconded by Mr. <br />Alfonso. On roll call vote - Mr. Visentin - Aye, Mr. Alfonso - Aye, Mr. Consentino - <br />Aye, Mr. Karge - Aye and Mr. Morris - Absent for vote. <br /> <br />DUNKIN DONUTSt DUTCHESS SHOPPING PLAZA, ROUTE 9. <br /> <br /> <br />
