Motion by Mr. Alfonso, seconded by Mr. Karge
to approve the minutes of the January and February meetings as written. Unanimously
carried. Joe Consentino and Tom Morris absent for voting of minutes.

EURO FURNITURE, IMPERIAL PLAZA
First on the agenda was Tom Walsh from Sign Language representing Euro Furniture.
The free standing sign on Route 9 currently has Pet Food Bowl on it and they wouM like
to remove the Pet Food Bowl and insert Euro Furniture. Application was missing
dimensions of sign and applicant provided these. It was stated that at last month's
meeting a walt sign was approved for Euro Furniture but questions had arisen about the
sign on the pylon. Mr. Hood stated one of the things he was looking at was what was
approved previously for the pylon. The Planning Board had approved for the Grand
Union sign, The Home Depot sign, and one other sign. At the November 2, 2000 meeting
the applicant who was representing DLC Management had stated that other tenants have
clauses in their lease that they are not entitled to pylon signage. Mr. Hood was
questioning whether Euro Furniture has this particular clause in their lease since it is a
new business. Mr. Walsh stated that Pet Food Bowl is subleasing space to Euro
Furniture and he went on to state that Pet Food Bowl was allowed by DLC Management
to put up the sign on the pylon. Mr. Hood asked if they were allowed by lease or if they
just did it. It was stated that there was no approval from the Planning Board for the Pet
Food Bowl. Mr. Alfonso stated the way the sign stands now there shouM only be spots
for three businesses on the pylon. Mr. Hood went on to state he understands no
certificate of occupancy has been issued to Euro Furniture. The Pet Food Bowl is still in
